Pathetic *******

*** These people are the most pathetic and disgusting bunch on people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting I called in 9 times speaking to different consultants who all decide mid conversation to drop the call. To top it off these ******* send u a statement for R3800 I made two payments to them one for 1000 and another of 2064 leaving a balance of just over 800. These ppl then send a statement saying I owe 1580 how the hell when the account was capped at 3500. To top it all prescription applies to this debt after consulting with a team of attorneys due to the fact that the institution never collected in 3 years. And trying to be the better person gets u *****ed by these asshole. A manager that refuses to take calls .Clearly I no choice but to institute legal procedures as these people just don’t give a damn doubling debt as they please. How can an account which limit is 3500 be now 5300.Utterly disgusting. Kindly note you asshole are in breach of the NCR.
