Pathetic service, *****ing money, not updating credit reports

If I could rate them - 5 stars, I would. I had a few accounts in arrears and all was paid up on 08/25/2022 using they website. When I checked on 19/11/2022 it showed that I have no accounts in arrears, now all of a sudden it shows my Mrprice account is in arrears with 1k this after I settled all accounts completely as stated above. All accounts still also shows on my credit report as unpaid, thus affecting my credit score, when wanting to raise a query with experian, it shows that I need the settlement letters, guess what, Norman Bissett website now shows that I have no paid up accounts, therefore I cannot get settlement letters from them to clear my credit record. They are pathetic and *****ing from us, also no assistance from their customer services.
