<p>I received a call from norman bisette attorney regarding a account,firstly it was for my dad,the agent didnt event make an attempt to pronounce the name properly ,just went on looking for sewnarain an then when she heard female voice she went on saying ,Want to speak to ure huby,i correct her by saying its my dad,,i asked where she sed norman bisette an goes on to YAWN AN YAWN WHILST IM TALKING,i then sed wow u yawning while im talking to u an ots so unprofessional an shes says OH, does the staff not get training on hw to speak to clients and that to poning at 19h20 Reli ,employee people that will more professional enjoy their job an not arrogant</p>
