Pathetic business

This company has been harassing me since 2020 calling me at insane hours at night i paid all my dues via their link sms just to hear the next day that not everything has been paid due to THEIR app being faulty ! A guy phoned me to confirm all has been paid and that the fault is on them and they need to pay it and a paid up letter will be sent?!

It has now been 3 months and i have not gotten a paid up letter and it has not been removed from my credit record , yet they are very quickly to harass you for money but cant do their job correctly!
