Pathetic attempts at getting money from me

Good day, this company is sending loads of sms & daily calls saying I owe Zone fitness, that account prescribed already yet and I don't owe them, yet they are constantly hounding me, I have to repeat it to every consultant that I never used that gym even once and it's a prescribed account, next step is the Credit Ombudsman as this is harassment at its best.
