PATHETIC

My dad had a call from this comapny this morning stating he had been handed over by a product provider, after calling my provider and getting an up to date statement with NOTHING owing and them telling me that they have NOT handed anything to anyone. I call Norman Bissett back and when I query this, they say 'oh, im not sure why we called you, there isn't anything owing on anything' You are PATHETIC and put the fear of god into old people! Im STILL waiting for email confirmation from you that this is now a closed case! Regina is the lady I spoke with.
