Pathethic waste of time

i have been trying to contact NORMAN BISSETT for the past 3 days. i got through to a lady on the phone number and she promised me that they will get somebody to sort out my statements from them. i have in the meantime sent a email and still nothing.how do u do business like this? im trying to clear my name to purchase a house but u guys are a real treat. now after going to hallopeter i will probably get a online response that will say ......we will get back to u... i am only dealing with u $^%$*& because i have to. please sort out my stuff so i can move on and forget about this ****
