Paid up my account
i was told my acct is handed over to Norman and bisset,(NBA) they then told me that they offered me a discount and i paid all the money they said i should pay now they cant seem to give me a paid up letter to clear my name from the company they are representing. every now and then i call them and i get different feedback first i was told i will get my paid up letter within 7 days, it turned to 14 days now its over that and they don't answer my calls or when they do they will ask for my id number after that they will ask if its me then they drop the call. i do not know what to do anymore. this is torture
