paid up letter request

I have been calling non stop requesting a paid up letter and every agent says the same thing, they will email it to me. but they not sending anything. this is really unacceptable why do you have to beg for assistance? someone needs to hold this company accountable , they hound you for payment but once you pay you are ignored. someone needs to contact me urgently.
