paid up letter

I had an account with Edgars witch was handed over . I was contacted by NBA and after explaining they gave me discount and a settlement arrangement was agreed on. I paid the amount and after alot of calls for the letter they told me that they will mail it to me. I am still waiting for this letter. <br> i have spoken to numerous people about this and i keep getting different responses from all of them. i was told to wait 21 working days and that has passed, i was told to wait 7 working days and that has passed too and still nothing. can some one please contact me and provide me with a paid up letter for this account please.
