Paid up Letter

Homechoice handed over my account to this NBA company and I fully paid the account and asked for paid up letter and now it has been over a month waiting for proof of paid up letter. I want the letter as my employer deem not paying accounts as dishonesty they also want the copy aswell the call center agents are rude they even told me they are making me a favour.
