paid up account
I contacted the above mentioned company regarding my outstanding Edgars account, i was given a letter with a settlement amount on it, the letter dated 29/07/2015. i paid the amount in full on the same day. i have requested a paid up letter on numerous occasions only to be told the account is not paid up. when i forward proof to them they say they will get back to me but nothing happens,This is affecting my credit record and hampering me from growth.
