PAID UP ACCOUNT

I had an Edgars account which was paid up in January 2014 already i have just called Norman Bissett & Ass to request that they please update the credit bureau as it still shows an outstanding balance and that i have not made payment for over 9 months ?????? When i call they confirmed the account is aid up on their side and cant do anything & that i must go direct to Edgars, which is not easy for me ! They gave me a number but you cant speak to anyone as i don't have an active account. If i was paying NBA surely they need to get me a Paid up letter and also update the credit Bureau. They so quick to call you and nag you to make sure you make payments but as soon as you have paid up you have to beg them to do what should be part of taking on the collection.
