Owing monies that was settled in 2012

<p>I received a sms from them requesting immediate payment on my nashua account that was settled in February 2012 as I even have a paid up letter stating confirmation. How do they contact you 4 years later regarding outstanding money. I emailed my paid up letter to a Charlotte.M. Anyone have some legal advice for me on this matter.</p>
