Nthabiseng has no integrity

In December I spoke to Nthabiseng Maleho regarding my Cartrack account with we make arrangements for. I paid in December which she subsequently called on the 22 December to tell me if I paid via debit order in January that would be my last payment. Banking details provided and all debit went off as arranged. To my surprise I was then debited again in February which I reversed I have been getting calls saying I need to make payment wada wada which I explained my story but no one is willing to listen and investigate. Nthabiseng called me yesterday whom I explained this to but acted surprised and said she would check and get back to me. I get another call today from a different agent whom luckily listed to me and confirm that there are notes stating last payment would be and January, it’s also said that Nthabiseng noted that I do not want yo pay, is this how business is done?
