Notices from NBA bordering harassment?

Been getting e-mails from NBA for weeks now. I have made payment arrangements and are keeping to it, but still get the standard messages saying I did not make any payments. My balance is reducing on these e-mails though, clearly showing that I have been paying.<br> It's a pity we can't really do anything about this as it would be like \****ing"against thunder. <br> <br> Reading these complaints makes me think they(NBA) are enjoying this and do not care. <br> <br> NBA"
