Norman Business and ******?

So I get a text message and two calls from this company telling me I need to pay my tracker account which has been handed over to them for debt collection. I am a bit confused as I have 2 cars and can't understand why my account is not paid. So I try to pay the small amount of just under R400 today but there is no branch code, so I phone them twice and on the phone for long periods. The account reference they texted they can't find, my ID they can't find, my cellphone number they can't find (despite texting me) - they say they will call back, but didn't. I phone Tracker, I don't have an account with them..... ****** maybe? Sadly, I think I paid them before, will be checking my statements.
