Norman Bissett is a bunch of ridiculousness

A bit of background, I joined #Zonefittness about 10 years ago and I cancelled my contract with them about 2 years later. As far as I remember I was not advised that there was any outstanding fees that needed to be paid.

I now get calls from Norman Bissett, advising that I need to pay. Due to the fact that I don't want bad credit, I made payment to the company for the outstanding. They called me in October 2020 and I advised that I will pay in November 2020. They provided me with the amount that I needed to pay, even confirmed via SMS and I paid as per the amount. I get a call today to follow up on the payment and they advise that there is an additional amount that needs to be paid of about R30.00 some change. WHY THE HELL DID THEY NOT CONFIRM THE TOTAL AMOUNT. THE AGENTS ARE SO DAMN RUDE AND HAVE NO MANNERS ON THE PHONE. THEY FEEL THAT IT'S FINE TO RAISE THEIR VOICES TO PEOPLE ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE ALL INCOMPENTENT IDIOTS AND HAVE NO TELEPHONY SKILLS. WHETER PEOPLE OWE YOU OR COMPANIES THAT YOU REPRESNT MONEY DOES NOT GIVE THE CONSULTANT TO SPEAK TO ME LIKE THE WAY THEY DO.
