I was handed over to this company by homechoice , i called in to settle my account in november 2023, debit order took off on the 27 for the amount of R1013. And i was told i will recieve a settlemnt letter in 7days, after almost 15 days i called in and i was told the process might take 30 days. Still again its been 5 months now no settlement letter, and im recieving calls from Homechoice saying i owe them money, so i want to understand what exactly was i paying for , if im still owing
