Norman Bissett *******ly harassing prescribed debt

For two years now Rafieka at Norman Bissett has been harassing me for prescribed debt. <br> <br> I have a letter from ABSA apologizing for the debt and closing the books as it was *******. I have mailed this to Rafieka numerous times. <br> <br> Now Norman Bissett is *******ly trying to collect this debt they so obviously bought from ABSA and are using it to intimidate clueless consumers. <br> <br> I am asking you one last time to stop this. Case already lodged with ombudsman as well as NCR.<br> <br>
