Norman Bissett Harassment
I am being hounded on a daily basis by NBA over an account that does not below to me. When you click on the portal to inform NBA that the contact details are wrong nothing happens. I have tried calling the contact centre but nobody answers and I have even logged a complaint on their website. This is now becoming harassment and contravenes the NCA and Consumer Protection Act.
