Norman Bissett & Associates *******

ADT is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They bought my local alarm company, Just tell us that we are now ADT clients, have no contract in place, and increase my monthly fee. When I cancel a contract (that I actually never signed) they still take an extra month's payment. After this, I put a stop order in at the bank, they try and take another payment and the next moment they have lawyers calling me. They are still chasing one month's payment for 5 years, which is not their money as they did not deliver a service and do not have a contract in place with me. They also sold my account to Norman Bissett & Associates which goes and gives you a bad rep on your credit score and keeps asking for money. They have no clue what is actually happening and Both ADT and Norman Bissett & Associates are in essence *******. Please be aware of them and stay as far away as possible.
