Norman Bissett & Associates Group: COMPLETE HARASSMENT

I trust everyone is safe...Clearly NB&Ass are very active...The rude consultants and CONSTANT bashing I have had over the last 4 months about an African Bank account I had in 2007...This account was handed to my trustees and EVERY creditor I had received notification of my sequestration and had the opportunity to lay a claim against my estate..NOTHING happened NO CLAIMS ...I left SA and now returned to start a fresh life & 13 years on and NOW this bombastic crowd continue to harass me daily... I have been nice, I have been rude, I have laughed at them...I have NO information for them and told them so...they continuously maintain they've updated "my profile" on their system BUT NOOOOOO they still call WHY AFRICA BANK even handed me over last year 13 years after the fact GOD ALONE ONLY KNOWS...its harassment of the HIGHEST... According to the Section 129 of the Insolvency Act - NO CLAIMS PROVEN - SECTION 124(3). An insolvent is automatically rehabilitated 10 years from date of sequestration of their estate. The 10-year period runs from date of provisional sequestration. All assets required after sequestration become part of your insolvent estate. THIS HAS BEEN 13 YEARS....of which 5 years I have been out of the country !! What is it about THESE PEOPLE....I want to sue them for harassment !!!
