Norman Bissett & Associates Group affecting my Credit Score

<p>My Edgars account was handed over to NBA, I paid the installments and was offered a settlemet amount. Of which I paid in March 2016.</p> <p>In December of 2016 I receieved a call from another debt recovery company requesting payment of the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 24/012017 I called NBA requesting a paid up letter as they said my account was closed, I should receive it in 7 working days. I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 30/03/2017 I called NBA to find out what is happening as I did not receive a paid up letter, I was assured that I would receive a letter in 2 Working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 6/04/2017 I called Again and ANOTHER NOTE WAS MADE to send me a letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 12/04/2017 and I haven't received a paid up letter, and my credit report still shows that I have an outstanding balance that hasn't been paid, which affects my credit record.</p> <p> </p>
