<p>***</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an Altech Netstar account which they handed over to Notman Bissett & Associates. I received a 30% discount and I settled the full amount that was outstanding in December 2015.</p> <p> </p> <p>After struggling numerous times to get a settlement letter from this company, I received an email in September 2016 stating that I still have R600 outstanding because the agent that assisted me with the discount that day made a mistake and I paid R50 too little and that has accrued interest up until now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to the Portofolio Manager there and she promised me she will hand my account over to the correct department to write of the outstanding amount against my name since it was the company that made a calculation mistake and that she will send me the settlement letter. And here I am still waiting and still receiving emails that my account is not up to date. </p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I am getting so frustated with NBA because nothing gets sorted out, and it is almost a year later since this account has been settled. It is my ITC record that is suffering from this just because people are not doing their job properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CLEAR MY NAME AND SEND ME THE SETTLEMENT LETTER. IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!</p>
