Norman Bissett & Ass sucks

Norman Bissett & Asses......so I owed money to Netstar, which I agreed to pay, and did.

I had to split the payment in half though, one payment at the beginning of the month, and one payment two weeks later.... I now owe Norman and Ass a penalty fee for splitting the payment and on top of that they are charging interest on the penalty fee!!

At no time was a penalty fee structure EVER discussed by the debt collectors and at no time did I voice or otherwise communicate my agreement with such a penalty fee arrangement.

Now, sometimes three times a day, I am harassed by these people looking for R200, money I do not owe. How is this even possible?? Is this legal??
