Norman Bissett - accused on settled bill

Beginning of January I got a call that I owe R2900 on a Nashua cell phone that was cancelled in 2011. I ignored this. On 13 January I got another call threatening to black list me because I owe this amount and need to pay it with immediate effect. I asked for an email address where I could send a later that the account has been settled in 2011 and I kept as proof and I sent it to [Email Removed] Gugulethu Fortunate who is Nashua team manager responded days layer after calling her countless times to say their team are investigating the matter. They had proof saying the account has been settled but the matter was being investigated. Only when I got hold of her she now says she is not responsible for that now Gerda M was the lady responsible. I called the Norman Bisset offices with my calls being dropped a number of times till I got through to speak to Gerda M - [Email Removed] and I asked her to send me a letter stating that I don't owe the lawyers anything. She said she would send on 24 hours. I am still waiting. I have emailed with no response from the Norman Bissett team.<br> I will continue to go public till I get my letter of acknowledgement. <br>
