Norman Bissets and Associate are SHARKS

I settled an account with Norman Bissets and Associates that i had with Standard Bank that they bought. In November 2022 i went to Standard Bank to apply for a Credit Card only to be told that i was declined because of an outstanding account. The Credit Card that was supposed to be settled was never closed at Standard Bank. Norman Bissets and Associates never informed the bank although they bought it. The account will not be closed at Standard Bank as they have to inform the Bank. But as i was told by Norman Bissets and Associates they do not have too inform the Bank as it was closed on their system. Six years later i am sitting with this settled account R12 000 in the rears again as it was not closed. How many people are being ****** by this Company. When is someone going to do something about these sharks that prey on helpless people who are boe**** by them. For 6 years i was taken by them but still i am owing the bank as the account is in my name. These companies think they are above the law.
