Norman Bisset taking my money but dont close the account and still hassles me

During 2017 I had a conversation with a Norman Bisset consultant with regards to my Altech Netstar account, and was offered a settlement amount and payments where made. Norman bisset acknowledges to receiving the amounts but refuses to own up to the contract that was done between me and the consultant and till today they chase me down for not paying the account.. please see email written to them in January 2019

I have previously requested that you forward me the initial conversation during August 2017 where I arranged with one of your staff members perhaps Buhle (as this name is written in my diary with the information wrt settlement of the Altech Account) We arranged for a payment of R196 for 6 months which was received in your coffers but seems like you disregard this This conversation is needed cause you so promptly say that all calls are recorded, cause for the life of me, if I had made no arrangement for paying off the debt then how were you able to institute a debit order on my account for R196.83 (26 Feb 2018 Ref number *** and January *** , payment were made from August 2017 as per our agreement. Now every year you want to come and demand money for the same damn thing I have already paid off Before sending me any ore letters of demand, supply me with the voice recording of the conversation, until then en even then this matter of Altech against me is a waste of my email inbox space… please keep them to yourself Greedy people trying to milk people for every cent they have
