Norman Bisset is the worst?!

I had an account with Lewis stores which I settled last year, I requested a paid up letter after my account was settled and never received one. I received a call today that I’m owing Lewis stores again and that my account has been handed over. How is this even possible!?? After arranging a settlement now I’m owing?? Is this ***** or what?
