Norman Bisset contact people on my contact list

I have an 2 accounts with Norman Bisset and Asscoiates I’m being contacted on a daily basis by agents asking me to commit for instalment or settlement of both accounts I’ve probably explained myself numerous times to different agents I’m even starting to sound like a broken record, now it has gone up to the extent where apparently a device is being used to scan through my phone and people on my contact list are being contacted and are being asked of my whereabouts and are being told that I don’t commit to my financial obligations, my question is what system is this that being used to scan through my phone contact people on my contact list because according to my knowledge this is invasion or privacy so I too will now have to lodge a dispute with my lawyer for harrasment.
