Norman Bisset & Associates refuse to remove a paid loan from credit bureaus months after it was settled!
I settled my account in Jan already, but you guys refuse to remove the loan from the credit bureaus. It still reflects as outstanding after all these months. It is a shame that a company such as yours acts so unprofessionally.
