Norman Bisset & Associates Group leaving 1 second missed calls on my cellphone from different numbers but cannot tell me who is making these calls

This company consistently leaves 1 second missed calls on my cellphone from different numbers but cannot tell me who is making these calls from their company neither will their staff escalate the query for resolve. I obviously return these calls only to find out that all these numbers belong to them and despite several requests they cannot stop it. I do not know what to do anymore. Please get them to stop harassing me. God knows how they got my cell number and whats so amazing is when i return the call they figure out that the account is not for me as my ID number differs from that of the account holder, yet they cannot fathom whats to be done next.....REMOVE MY DETAILS AND STOP BUGGING ME
