<p>I received an SMS stating that my Tracker account was handed over to NBA for collection on the 12th Of July 2017. What irrated me in the first place is that my account with Tracker was to my knowledge paid up but according to some contract it's 30 days notice and I owe them. I prepaid my account with Tracker for 3 years. So upon completion, I cancelled the account. Tracker could not even provide me an amount that is outstanding but they were expecting me to pay! I requested the original signed contract from Tracker and stated that I do not have such a contract in my possession (And believe me, i keep these things, I even have car documents of a vehicle sold more than 5 years ago al together neatly in a file)</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they hand my supposed outstanding fees over to this lot and man are they a joke. After receiving the SMS, I immediately contacted the number provided and stated to the gentleman that I spoke to the following 3 things:</p> <p>1. I requested this contract from Tracker to see that I signed such a document (My tracker was installed in 2014 and I have NO CONTRACT in my possesion)</p> <p>2. I want a physical invoice that states the amount owing as I was handed over but I do not even know what this amount is!</p> <p>3. If the contract states the above and my signature is on this contract along with an invoice, I willwith love and pleasure, along with a humble apolgy pay the amount at month end.</p> <p> </p> <p>The gentleman said he will send this back to Tracker. I thought - WHAT? You are contacting for me debt that I supposedly owe and thus you have to all the neccessary documents and you are sending this back to Tracker? Any way, I am happy and start checking my emailto wait for my documents. I receive nothing. Then on Friday, 14 July 2017, I receive another call regarding this. I start getting irritated and immediately told the person that I contacted them on the 12th, these are the documents that I requested and if they can't provide the documents, then stop calling me. At this point, they still did not give me an amount and also no contract has been sent to me!</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday evening, 17 July 2017, at 19:00 in the evening I receive another call but from a different number. I was busy and did not answer. Tuesday, 17:45, I receive another call. This time I spoke to a lady. Again I request the same documentation. I also told them that unless they can supply the documents that I have now requested for the 4th time, to stop harrassing me. Still no contract received!</p> <p> </p> <p>NORMAN AND BISSET</p> <p>1. For supposed debt collecting attorneys you have zero comprehension of the law.</p> <p>2. I requested the contracts which you are supposed to have in your possession and should be able to furnish me with this proof.</p> <p>3. I am not going to chase you to prove that I have or do not have debt owing. You have to prove the debt exists.</p> <p>4. You can not harrass and bully people into paying debt that you can not even provide much less prove!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME. IF I RECEIVE ONE MORE CALL - I WILL REPORT YOU.</p>
