NORMAN BISSET

This is the worst collection agency you can find. They will call you at seven in morning all through the day and even at seven in the evening. They call from different numbers and at least 10 different agents in a day. I have explained my circumstances to them several times but they dont seem to care and will phone continuously. Is there some place that can deal with such idiots. I have blocked several of their numbers but they come back with more. I hope these people can be reported to someone that can take action against them.
