Non Existing Call Centre

Norman Bisset & associates has the worst service I have ever encountered. <br> <br> Firstly I received an email from then in which NOT a single fact was correct. After a long struggle I managed to get through to a call center agent and when he coudn't answer my question he put the phone down, and i could hear people in the background. I sent them numerous e-mails to which they have not responded. In those email I have 2 number at which i can be contacted both of which has an option to leave a message if i can not be reached. I missed a call on friday, no message and one this morning monday 15 june, no message. I tried calling the call center, it rings with music and then it is answered and you can hear someone breathing and sniffing in the background but the do not talk to you. This is absolutely ridiculous service, i wish there was a professional body to report them to.
