No sense of customer service what so ever !

Im writing this review because im just sick of contacting this company to sort out an account that im not responsible for , i opened up a gym contract 4-5 years ago and then canceled to my knowledge the ZONE FITNESS Manager (Marc ) at the time canceled this account, now a few years later i get contacted by NBA to be told ive been handed over for an unreasonable amount , i said i will NOT be paying this debt because ive never entered a ZONE FITNESS GYM IN MY LIFE and have requested to cancel this ages ago and would like to see a statement saying how much i owe , ive tried calling these people 3 weeks in a row and now get a sms to tell me its my final notice, then i call with the reference number and get transfered to a que where i had to wait even longer and ended up ending the call best of all i dont even know where the hek i was transfered to, i need this to be sorted ASAP all of this because of ****py service (ZONE FITNESS AND NBA)
