No reply on E-Mails
I have been trying to contact a consultant for NBA for 2 weeks now but have not received any reply on my calls or e-mails. This is really bad service but I have to pay every month and I only need a letter from them stating that I am paying a certain amount every month. It is getting really bad that they send sms's every month to remind you that you have not paid yet but are not even picking up their phones or replying on mails.
