No paid up letter even now
i paid off my finchoice account on the 25th August 2020 but to this day i still don't have my paid up letter even after numerous phone calls and emails. This reflects bad on my itc as it still showing as an unpaid debt, I'm so disappointed in how they do business, the only thing you will get from them is promises and lies.
