Never received paid up letter

I received a call from a lady at Norman bisset and associates regarding a outstanding amount on my Edgars account and she told me that if I pay an amount of R2195 I would get the balance of my account as a discount if I paid before end of May 2015. The amount went off my account via debit order and I remember the lady telling me that I can go to Edgars on the 1st of June to get my paid up later. When I got to Edgars affew days later I was informed at edgars that I still owe the amount I was suppose to get discount of, the lady at edgars then phoned norman and Bissett and they said that they havemy payment and see the discount and that the matter would be escalated to their resolution department and that they will phone me and send my paid up letter via my email address that I've provided. I still haven't received any feedback from them and I'm really disappointed in their service
