NBA - no answer

I received an sms this morning stating that an Autopage account has been handed over to your company. I have been on prepaid since 2015. As explained on numerous occasions to Sermar and Autopage, my outstanding fees were settled in 2015. You can't contact me after 3 years claiming that I owe a liquidated company money. Furthermore when I challenged Sermar regarding this matter, I did not receive a lawyer's letter.

@NBA - I cannot get through to anyone. Your line just rings (with the holding music playing). I want to settle this matter. You have not made further contact with me. Autopage keeps handing over "outstanding debt" to different lawyers in an ******ion attempt.
