NBA

I did complain about NBA and they said they will call me regarding the complain and they won't be any deduction in my account, intend of calling they emailed me the statement and I repondended the email that I still don't understand why I have to pay so much but they did not respond. This morning one of the consultant called and ask if I can increase the monthly payment....it's like they dont take me serious they don't call me about the comain instead they ask if I can increase the money, the consultant was very rude even telling me I can record her it's OK. ..she will fight for NBA because she's represanting the company. ...I'm very cross about this NBA because clearly they don't take people serious but they know how to deduct money.
