2017 I got a call from one of the consultant at standard bank stating that I owe them 3000,it came as a shock to me becausee I know I did not borrow money watsover they said I haven't use my bank card for 3 years and I did not close the account so it was monthey bank charges...I've tyred to get clarity but I've agree to pay them,I did pay 3500 so far but still they say I'm still owing 2000,my question is why I'm paying as if I took a loan.. reference is NORMBISSET***SEE.

The statement that you send still you a not resolving anything because I did not refuse to pay standard Bank although they did not ask anything for 3 years and they were aware I'm no longer using the account so they did close the account but I had to pay 3000 which I did so I don't understand 1900 that I'm still owing it's for what...I did not take a loan remember!
