I got a phone call about an outstanding cell phone bill from 2003! Now I'm happy to pay my bills but am flabbergasted at the gall... it's more than 10 years old and I've been around? How does that happen... The outstanding amount including charges over a 10 year period is R2700??? Now what was it in 2003? R20???
