<p>Hi</p> <p>I spoke to Tshepo Moiloa who works for the above company regarding my city of Johannesburg account. I told him that the billing was wrong hence R51000 was written off and still they charged me R9500 for July also they said they are investigating, but Norman Bissett still carry on sending messages demanding money regardless of the email I sent them which comes from the Executive Mayor. There's lack of communication and yesterday I called them at 15h30 until 16h00 without any response.</p>
