Lies and a bunch of *******

i received a call stating i owe money i asked for the proof of date of default, the original contact, the handover amount with a break down of the cost and interest accrued. this was done 2 months ago and to date i have received only the breakdown of my account. According to NCA they are not allowed to claim money if they do not have the required documents. i will be going to the ombudsmen if my default is not removed from Credit bureau at one. i await an immediate has the time has already lapsed for their response.
