Injust claiming of monies

I was declared bankrupt in 1998 (22 Years ago), Edgar's, one of my creditors was included in the bankruptcy. Now 22 years later I am getting phone calls from Norman Bisset & Associates every single day trying to claim money from me, every single day I have to explain, I have emailed the bankruptcy court order 13 times!!! Yet I am still being harassed every day. What part of bankruptcy do they not understand? Is this even legal what they are trying to do? I think not
