What is the point of emailing people for money when you do not respond to any of your emails!
CellC emailed you, in February, to close my account, as they messed up my account. However no one responded to said email and since then over 10 people from Norman Bissett & Associates Group have called me for money.
I have told all 10 people about the appalling service from Ashton Solomon (Daries) and that I wished to speak to a manager. However no managers have contacted me.
Please resolve this ASAP
