Incessant automated calls about unspecified debt

During the past week I have received more than one automated call on my cell phone from this firm stating that I owe a debt, not specifying who the creditor is, what the debt is for, nor what the amount is, and urging me to pay the debt. <br> <br> The message requests me to either dial a number to speak to an operator (which doesn't seem to work) or gives a phone number ***) which I can phone. I tried the phone number, but it is constantly engaged. <br> <br> In my opinion the company has contravened the following articles of the Council for Debt Collectors' Code of Conduct of 2003:<br> Article 5(3) (b), (i) and (s).<br> <br> Specifically article 5(3)(s) prohibits them from demanding payment without specifying the creditor, what the debt is for and the amount. <br> <br> I have reported them with the Council for Debt Collectors which has a website and a Facebook page. I urge other people who have the same problem also to report them.
