******* Harrassment

They are driving me nuts with their ******* harrassment. They do not answer any of my emails, they throw the phone down in my ear when I say I am recording the call. Obviously they have something to hide. The are not able to produce a supposed contract, statements, invoices etc. I do not have a Nashua mobile account! This has been going on for a year.

As I said I recorded the call I just had with one of your call centre agents who threw down the phone in my ear. When I called again, I recorded the conversartion with a Mr. Adam Cox. He promised to send me the contract requested on email for which I have not received an answer. What I did receive is an infuriating sms saying they have contacted me numerous times unsuccessfully.

STOP THIS HARRASSMENT! You did not even answer my email and also throw the phone down in my ear! If I owe you money supposedly how on earth do you expect it back??????????????? Your operations are *******. I said I am recording the conversation for legal purposes as you record your conversations and you throw the phone down in my ear!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is wrong with you you are so unprofessional and what are you hiding that you don't want to be recorded???????????????????????????????????

This is unfair legal practice. And I am being asked for my ID but your agent doesn't give his id???????????

Maybe he wants to ***** my identity, how do I know who he is. You are unable to produce a signed contract. Nashuamobile went under in 2014 so what are you on about?

AGAIN I DO NOT HAVE SUCH AN ACCOUNT!

Now I am being asked for an affidavid with 6 random signatures your agent even agreed that it can be anyone on the street signing it.

Until you are able to produce my contract, stop harassing me. My lawyer has been contacted already.

So stop threatening and harrassing me you are in breach of the law. I have not seen a contract so stop.
